Things happen and plans change — I completely understand how unpredictable life can be sometimes. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please notify at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to allow other people a fair chance to fill the appointment slot. Cancellations or a no-call/no-show within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will incur a late cancellation fee of 15%.
